After Ivar was done with his keynote Robert C Martin ‘Uncle Bob’ took Ivar’s talk to the next level. He started his career in ‘69 as a programmer. His experience was that every decade provided new technologies and methodologies. But still developers couldn’t deliver on time and managers keep raising the bar. Concluding he summoned upon the professionalism of all attandees. With means that you don’t communicate what the manager wants to hear but that you have to tell him the truth although if that means you have to disappoint him. More on that later on.
